Clare is admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales, South Australia and the High Court of Australia. After relocating to South Australia in May 2021, Clare is in the process of transferring her practicing certificate to South Australia.
Clare is a qualified Arbitrator in Family Law Property , a qualified Parenting Coordinator and is currently studying to become a Mediator/Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and is undertaking Collaborative Law training.
Following admission to practice Clare worked in the areas of Family, Criminal and Civil law for a large regional law firm in New South Wales, as well as a part time generalist solicitor with Shoalcoast Community Legal Centre and for Law Access NSW as a telephone advice solicitor and team leader, before opening her own niche law firm, concentrating on family law matters, with a special focus on domestic violence matters and matters involving special needs children.
Whilst practising in a regional area, Clare supported the local legal profession as a Young Lawyers Representative, and as President of the Shoalhaven and Districts Regional Law Society.

She has also worked in retail, and has managed a transport company – driving trucks and taxis. Clare has a passion for family and law and believes that every person is entitled to the best representation possible regardless of their circumstances, or the situation they find themselves in. In assisting clients to resolve their disputes, Clare seeks to minimise the impact of separation on children and the co-parenting relationship, and preserve assets where possible by using non-court based resolution options.
When not advocating for her clients, Clare enjoys spending time with her family and pets, gardening, and generally creating things with her hands. She loves to experiencing the world’s cultures through food and the arts, and is often found off road with her 4 wheel drive or camping.
